Scrap Africa Mid-month...

Hello again! It's been a little while between posts, but I wanted to share with you the new challenge over at SCRAP AFRICA.  This challenge is all about "TAGS". We'd like to see what you can do with tags and you must use at least 2 tags on your project. We have some fantastic Guest Designers and while you are there, check out the great inspo from the Design Team.

I was in the grungy/vintage mood when I made this card. A bit of Gesso, lots of inking and misting. I die cut a large flower with some pp and hesian and covered them with Gesso and mist as well. As you can see I've used a large shipping tag and a small tag that I punched and layered with my Stampin' Up tag punches. It's very easy to add a couple of tags to a project and I like them because they can be a little project all on their own.

I'm working a lot more hours outside the home right now and I've had to decrease my project output, plus I have Christmas card orders to fill, so once the silly season has quietened down hopefully I'll be back into entering some challenges. In the meantime call back every week or so to check out my DT projects. I do hope you get a chance to enter the Scrap Africa challenge, we'd love to see your work :) TFL xx

  2. A lovely card Jo. I like the blend of hessian and chipboard with the beautiful Parisian image. Lots of inking and a bit of grunge make this a card for any occasion. :D
