Scrap Africa Sketch Challenge

Hello again, I'm back with another layout for Scrap Africa and only by the skin of my teeth. I really struggle with masculine pages hence the reason why I'm just getting this in on time. Here is the sketch:



I really liked the circles in this and decided to use some chipboard from 2Crafty to get the same effect. I've used rusting powder on the clock & circle and then I dabbed over it with some bronze paint. See the closies below.


I've also used some texture paste & stencilling on the background of the clock paper from Kazazz and the little timber embellies are from Prima. The chippy "Life" and timber "Love" word I've embossed with gold embossing powder & also dabbed over them with bronze paint. The tape on the background is from Prima Marketing "Engraver" collection. I love working with hessian (burlap) and twine on masculine pages.



I'm really pleased with how the clock came up with the rusting powder & paint.
