Once Upon A...Sketch March Challenge

I'm back again with another piece of creativity for the March challenge over at Once Upon A....Sketch
A really nice sketch to work with this month along with the theme of "You only live once, but if you do it right once is enough".  I've turned the sketch on its side to accommodate my landscape photo.

Here is my take:

I've used some lovely Echo Park "Keepin' Cozy" paper collection, washi tape, 2Crafty chipboard, little wooden snowflakes & Kaisercraft stamps from Craft Queen. I've covered the snowflakes with liquid pearls. I've used a stencil on the background paper with some silver 3D paint. This paint is lightly glittered so you get a slightly embossed, glittery texture. 3D paint is also available at Craft Queen.

The clock signifies the new year ticking over, as the kids were celebrating New Year in Salzburg and the music notes represent the home of Mozart. The quote reads "Travelling - it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller".  In the bottom corner I've handwritten the first part of the Theme quote "You only live once".  Unfortunately there was no snow in the city for New Year much to their disappointment, but they still fell in love with Salzburg and made the most of their time in this beautiful part of Austria.
