The Orange Paperie & Co Challenge

Hi again all! Just popping in to upload my entry for the November challenge over at http://www.orangepaperieandco.blogspot.com.au/  This is the inspo:

And this is my take.  I spent quite a lot of time deliberating over this page but once I got going it was completed relatively quickly, with the exception of "drying time". Please don't take offence at the weapon in this pic, but it is all a part of the training & as much as I dislike weapons of any kind, this is DS's life now & something that I have to become accustomed to. There is lots of inking, spraying & painting in this layout & I finally got around to using the rusting powder that I purchase at the Brissie Expo back in June. I really love how easy it is to get the rusting effect (see the barbed wire, toy soldier & parts of the title) & it looks better IRL. I thought the metal cogs & gum leaves were perfect for this page.

Thanks for dropping by once again I really appreciate it :)
